Individual Registration (one participant) in K - 2nd Grade (football only): $175
PLEASE NOTE: 2023 FLAG AGE LEAGUE RULE CHANGE: Players turning eight (8) years old BEFORE September 1st of the 2023 playing season are INELIGIBLE to play in the FLAG division.
Individual Registration (one participant) in 3rd - 8th Grade (football only): $225
Individual Registration (one participant) in K - 8th Grade (competition cheer only): $225
Individual Registration (one participant) in K-8th Grade for (game day/sideline ONLY cheer): $150
Multiple Registrations, Families with three or more K - 8th Grade participants: $450 (registration not to exceed $450)
Before registering, please be certain you understand the program's expectations and requirements of you and your child(ren):
Must provide medical eligibility statement from your child's doctor (forms available below)
Must provide a Birth Certificate (proof of age, we need to see original and keep a copy)
Must provide a Security Check (one per family, $250 to DVRR Jr. Terriers) only cashed if work obligations are not complete, or equipment not returned/returned damaged by a date to be determined. The security check is due at equipment handout which will be held in late July.
Must participate in Concussion baseline testing for participants 10 years and older.
Must acknowledge our Code of Conduct policy.
Must agree to a Wavier and Release of Liability.
Must agree to Covid Wavier and protocols.
Complete Work Duty obligation (3 time-slots per family for the season, home games only)
NEW THIS SEASON!!! Required Fantasy Football Fundraiser (Prepay) or opt-out fee : Every family is required to participate in the fantasy football sweepstakes fundraiser each year. Each participant is required to sell 4 tickets at $25 each. You may choose to opt-out of the fundraiser by paying a $50.00 fundraising opt-out fee for each participant, maximum $100 per family. If you intend to exercise the fundraiser opt-out you must do so at the time of registration. For those who choose to sell the sweepstakes tickets, you will be required to pre-pay for four tickets per child up-front at the time of registration. In the event that a family has more than two children participating in the organization only two children will be required to fulfill the fundraising obligation. Please note all fundraising options are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Medical Forms and Medical Policy
Each player must submit a medical clearance form endorsed by a nationally recognized youth sports organization or the NJ Medical Form used by Del Val Regional HS and its sending districts . The form MUST have a section filled out by the player’s physician giving clearance to play football or cheer, must be dated the same year that the season falls, and cannot be over one year old. Concussion Baseline Testing
Each player (football and cheer) ten years of age and older must undergo concussion baseline testing every two years. That's one year tested and one year grace period before being tested again. We will be holding a concussion baseline testing clinic so be on the lookout for the date. If you miss the clinic, you must contact our test administrator at St. Luke's Warren Hospital Concussion Center, Ethan Hood, PT, DPT, MBA, GCS Assistant Director St. Luke's Warren Hospital Balance Center. The Concussion Center is located at St. Luke's Warren Hospital Concussion Center, 755 Memorial Parkway, Suite 103, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. Phone is (908) 859-9780 or (908) 859-4381.
Payment Options:
Pay by Check
Review purchase options listed below to establish your registration price. Make your registration check and your separate bond check of $250 to DVRR Jr. Terriers. Download and complete the Registration Form: Registration Form (On form - enter grade entering in Fall 2025) Mail the forms and both checks to us at DVRR Jr. Terriers, PO Box 547, Pittstown, NJ 08867.
Pay by Credit Card: Pay by credit card is fast and easy and it can all be done online.
Refund Policy:
a. On or before August 1st, 100% full refund will be issued.
b. From August 4th – August 31st, refund minus $50 for costs incurred.
c. As of September 1st, no refunds will be issued. Special circumstances / requests can be submitted to the DVRR Board for review {any refunds granted at this time will deduct charges for costs already incurred.}
There are three (3) options for football registration:
FLAG football (K-2nd grade)
Tackle Football (3rd-6th grade)
Tackle Football (7th & 8th grade ONLY)
There are two (2) options for cheer registration:
Game Day or Sideline Only (1 practice/week, cheering at all 8 football games -home and away, and all community event performances) - $150.00 + fundraiser option.
Competition (3-4 practices/week, cheering at all 8 football games - home and away, all community day performances, and several local UCA cheer competitions) - $225 + fundraiser option.
This is for TINY TERRIERS - football OR cheerleading and for children of the pre-kindergarten age starting at 3 years old. There is no cost to register, your only requirement is to purchase a t-shirt which will be your child’s uniform.

This is for our Scruffy’s Squad abilities program for football and cheer. This is available for ages pre-k to 8th grade and is for children of ALL ABILITIES! There is no cost to register, your only requirement is to purchase a t-shirt which will be your child’s uniform.
