The Warren County Midget Football League (WCMFL) has been providing high quality, family-friendly youth football and cheer for over a half a century in the central jersey area. In the WCMFL, athletes play based on their birth year and the following weight limits:
Flag Level - No Weight Limit, No Tackle
Pee Wee - 125 lbs + 1 lb Weight Limit
Junior Varsity - 145 lbs + 1 lb Weight Limit
Varsity - UNLIMITED weight with ball carrier restrictions maxed at 170 lbs.
Players will be granted a one (1) pound allowance for the weight of the gym shorts and a shirt. If a player does not meet the weight requirements, they can play up with the permission of their parents.
Player Eligibility:
Flag Division - Grades kindergarten to 2nd grade.
PeeWee Division- Grades 3rd and 4th.
Junior Varsity Division - Grades 5th and 6th
Varsity Division - Grades 7th and 8th.
No person in ninth (9th) grade or higher will be eligible to play in the Varsity Division.
